Plans for Friston dog park unveiled
Plans for a dog park on farmland in Friston, East Suffolk, have been lodged.
Applicant Ms S Langmead is seeking permission to change the use of land on Firs Farm, off of the A1094 in Friston, from agricultural to outdoor recreation.
Two metre-high deer fencing would be installed around the site, along with rabbit wire, to keep it secure.
The dog park would be open from 5am to 8pm seven days a week and used exclusively by customers who book it out for a 55-minute period.
A maximum of four dogs would be allowed per booking and no more than two cars in the park at any given time.
A decision on the application is expected by 25 July.
