Dog park planned for Arminghall farm

Plans for a new secure dog park in Arminghall, Norfolk, have been unveiled.

The landowner of Crown Point Estate is seeking permission to convert 1.9 acres of land into a private hire site, surrounded by a 1.8-metre-tall fence, and with five car parking spaces.

An online booking system would be used to manage who uses the field, with 25-minute and 50-minute slots available, and each booking would allow up to six dogs onto the field.

Group bookings would need to be made via private enquiry and will be limited to a maximum of five cars and 10 dogs per session.

The proposed opening hours are 5am to 9pm seven days per week, but this will be dictated by daylight hours as there will be no lighting.
