Pendle dog exercise field approved

Plans to change agricultural land in Brierfield, Lancashire, into a secure dog exercise field have been approved by Pendle Council.

The development on Greenhead Lane, Brierfield, will also include alterations to access and the formation of a parking area with space for three cars.

Concerns were raised about pipelines in the area and the loss of farmland. However, Pendle Council deemed the application, lodged by Stuart Douglas, to be acceptable.
