Norfolk doggy daycare plans attract criticism

Plans for a new doggy daycare in Blofield Heath, near Norwich, have attracted criticism.

If approved, the facility would be built between Blofield Corner Road and Dawsons Way in Blofield Heath. It would open between 8am and 6pm and provide enough space for up to 30 dogs at a time.

The centre would also include parking and a floodlit exercise and agility field available from 7am until dark.

However, the plans have attracted 20 public objections, including one from Blofield Parish Council.

Broadland District Council is expected to make a decision on the plans by 28 February.
