New dog park set to open in Dorset

Planning consent has been awarded for a dog park on a farm site near Dorchester, Dorset.

The change of use is being planned by Oliver Pope for Lower Wrackleford Farm, Wrackleford, and includes the creation of a small parking area and boundary fencing.

The site is off the A37, with access to it via Sodern Lane, where two parking spaces will be created.

Pope says the field is expected only to be used during daylight hours.
