Grooming salon opens in Kidderminster

A new dog grooming salon has opened in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Owner Honor Farebrother has opened her first business, called Oni’s Posh Pooches, on Puxton Lane.

Before the opening, the business held an open day which saw goodie bags filled with treats, vouchers, toys and more handed out, as well as a lucky dip for charity, a ball pit for the dogs, a photobooth, food and drink, cupcakes and decorations.

Farebrother told The Shuttle newspaper: “Since the open day, I’ve had a lot of bookings and interest in my business. I couldn’t be happier. The support has been amazing from all my friends and family and even local businesses and just the public in general.

“I love my job more than anything. I love pampering all those beautiful pooches and making a comfortable atmosphere for those more nervous dogs.”
