Cheltenham groomer plans pod parlour in garden

A part-time dog grooming business could be set up in the garden of a home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, new plans reveal.

An application has been made to Cheltenham Borough Council to replace a shed in the garden in Hawkswood Road with a pod measuring 8ft by 8ft.

The applicant says it would only be a part-time business with just one dog at a time, which they said would not cause parking problems, with a 15-minute gap between appointments.
