Dog walking field opens in Wissett

Farming family business A.E. Kiddy & Son has opened a secure four-acre dog walking field in Wissett, Suffolk.

The facility, off Mill Road, is enclosed with a 6ft fence.

Eve Kiddy told the Eastern Daily Press: “When the farm needed to diversify, I was keen to see how we could do this while including my love of dogs.

“The field that we have chosen hasn’t been cropped for many years, and with environmental schemes ending it made sense to make use of the space in a different way.”

The field is now available to book in 25- and 55-minute slots, from 8am to 8pm, but there is no floodlighting at the field.
