Secure dog walking facility planned for Llay
A new secure dog walking facility could open in Llay, North Wales.
Applicants ‘Messrs Jones’ are proposing a change of use for 0.44 acres of agricultural land, just off the Straight Mile, for a single, secure paddock.
The proposal would see 10 new trees be planted, the creation of a wildflower meadow, and the installation of four bird and four bat boxes.
Dog owners would be able to book a 30-minute slot to access the facility through an online system.
The applicants said: “As only one person can book the site at any one time, it is predicted that in almost all cases, this will only be one car using the site during any set period. A small car parking area is included within the proposals.”
