West Sussex training company plans expansion
West Sussex dog walking and training firm Rooddog is seeking to expand by establishing new premises on the outskirts of Crawley.
The company, which has been operating for five years, has submitted plans for a former agricultural field to the west of London Road.
Dogs using the facility would spend two hours training, two playing, and the remainder taking part in a “multitude of activities”.
A planning statement submitted to Mid Sussex Council says: “The applicants have seen a great opportunity to bring a positive, encouraging, and fun use to the site. It is important for rural areas to support new, outdoor businesses.”
