Private equity firm invests in Trusted House Sitters

Mayfair Equity Partners has bought a majority stake in Trusted House Sitters, which values the business at about £80m.

The deal, described as a management buyout, is expected to help Trusted House Sitters to continue its rapid growth.

Trusted House Sitters, which was started by Andy Peck and Rachel Martin in 2010, has more than 200,000 members in more than 140 countries.
