Plans for Shotesham dog field revealed
A secure dog field has been proposed for a horse grazing field in Shotesham, Norfolk.
The proposal is for an acre of land at an equestrian centre in Grub Street that would be changed into public use as a dog park.
The plans include hardstanding for parking, waste bins with bags supplied, and water bowls.
The proposal also mentions dog-friendly obstacles for agility and an owner’s bench.
The park’s opening hours would be 8am to 5.30pm on Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 5:30pm at weekends.
Bookings and payments would be made via an automated cloud system.
The area, which would be called Dog Liberty Field, is located 25 minutes southeast of Norwich.
