Dog park set to open near Ipswich

A new dog walking field is to open on Shepherd’s Rest Farm in Hadleigh, Suffolk, after Babergh District Council approved plans for a patch of grassland to be converted. 

The field, which will be able to hold up to eight dogs at a time, will be fitted with a two-metre-high fence and provide carparking. 

The facility, which will also provide drinking water for animals, will be available to book on a 25-minute or 55-minute basis. 

An open date for the field has yet to be announced.
