Dog park opens in Forest of Dean leisure resort

Leisure resort Whitemead Forest Park, in the Forest of Dean, has opened a new dog park.

The new enclosed agility course – with platforms, bridges, a see-saw, and hoops to jump through – can be found at the top of the Whitemead site next to The Meadow and is free to use.

Revenue and reservations manager at Whitemead, Lauren Kiddy, said: “We wanted to create an area on-site where guests and customers could exercise their dogs freely.

“We think both dogs and their owners will really love the new addition.”
