Denbigh could soon welcome new grooming salon

A former café in Denbigh, North Wales, could be converted into a grooming salon under plans lodged with Denbighshire County Council.

Applicant Steven Rowlands is seeking permission to convert the building at Chirbury House, Back Row.

Rowlands hopes to lease the building if the application to convert the property from category A1 to A3 is approved by the council.

No structural changes to the building are proposed, nor are parking provisions.

The operating hours would be Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 1pm, and closed Sundays and bank holidays.
