Data unveils areas with highest numbers of XL Bullies

Croydon, in South London, has the highest number of XL Bully owners in the country, new research reveals.

XL Bullies are illegal to own in England, Scotland and Wales without an exemption after a spate of fatal attacks across the UK.

Data compiled by The Spectator reveals that there are 219 approved XL Bullies in the CR0 postcode, with Sheffield coming second place with 189 dogs, followed in third and fourth place is Warrington and Derby, which have 182 and 180 of the banned dogs, respectively.

Widnes, both L4 and L36 Liverpool postcodes, Birmingham and Leicester, as well as Saint Helens, all made it to top 10 list for XL Bully hotspots, The Spectator reports.
