Dorset groomer unveils future plans

Dorset dog groomer Alison Clark is set to move her business Poole.

Clark opened Doggie-Styles eight years ago from a salon in her garden in Broadstone and is now moving the business to a site in Willis Way.

She told the Dorset Echo: “Our new location in Poole marks the start of an exciting chapter for Doggie-Styles, offering modern facilities to provide an even better experience for pets and their owners.”

In addition, Clark will soon be travelling to Kuala Lumpur to complete a course in Asian Fusion and has plans to open a training school at the site in Poole.

She told the newspaper: “My intention is to take on another apprentice and open a training school, so I can train and qualify groomers in the industry.”

Clark will be holding an opening event on 1 February, for customers to visit and see the new facility, and trading will begin on 3 February.
