Worcestershire to welcome new dog field

Worcestershire-based Claines Secure Dog Field is to open a second field across the road from its current field.

The field is owned by Henry Phillips, of R H Phillips & Co, which operates an agricultural business based at Church Farm in Claines.

Phillips told Worcester News: “The first field proved really popular and it always seems to be booked up, so we thought to get a second field opened up for our customers.”

The original field consists of 0.98 hectares of space surrounded by 5ft high fencing, with access gained by a keypad on the entry gate, and four parking spaces are available. The park also features tyres and logs for dogs to play with during their visit.

Slots are booked for the dog park via the Claines Secure Dog Field website, with the field hire for an hour starting at £10 for one dog. For two dogs the facility charges £11, £12 for three dogs and £15 for group bookings.
