West Sussex groomers buys new high street premises

Sussex-based Groom Shed is moving to a shop on Hurstpierpoint High Street, Hassocks. 

Groom Shed, which is owned by Louise Brown and Sophie Sellwood, currently operated from a garden in Kemps. 

Brown said: “It’s been eight months in the planning, but this week we became the proud owners of 50 High Street. What a privilege it is to say we are part of our wonderful village high street.” 

She added: “Not only grooming, we will be offering dog walkers, dog lovers, anyone really, takeaway tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and some beautiful but essential doggy gifts.” 

The business, which will also change its name at a later date and launch a new website, is hoping to be open by 30 October.
