West Midlands dog exercise fields given the green light
Plans for two new dog exercise fields in the West Midlands have been given the green light by Stafford Borough Council.
The site, which is located at Holdiford Road, is currently a four Hectare agricultural field. It will be turned into two dog exercising fields with a small 11-space car park.
Customers will be able to book the site using an online portal with earlier opening hours to enable dog walking before work.
The planned opening hours were from 6am till 8pm in the summer and 8am till 8pm in the winter. However, councillors voted to amend the opening hours for the weekends which will follow the winter months.
