Port Glasgow kennels plan exercise field

Dougliehill Dog Boarding Kennels, in Port Glasgow, is seeking planning permission to use nearby land as a dog exercising field.

The company wants to use an agricultural field at the old filter station house on Dougliehill Road.

The plans include 1.8m-high fencing and installation of two containers for use as office/storage space for the existing dog boarding business.

Some of the changes have already been carried out, but work stopped when the compant learned that permission was required.
