Plans for Gloucestershire dog walking facility rejected
Plans for a four-hectare dog walking field at Elmore, Gloucestershire, have been rejected by planners.
Applicant Michael Watts, owner of Elmore’s Elm Farm, proposed changing the use for a field designated for agriculture and set up a dog walking field that would feature a 10.6m sq shelter and appropriate fencing.
Proposed opening hours for access the field would have been from 6.00am to 8.00pm, seven days a week.
However, a report on the proposals suggested that it did not satisfy criteria for approval and planners refused the application.
