Plans for Creeting St Peter dog walking facility lodged
Plans for a new secure dog walking facility in Creeting St Peter, Suffolk, have been lodged.
Applicant Mr D Bates is seeking permission from Mid Suffolk District Council to create the facility off Mill Lane.
The site, which is around 1.85 acres, is currently accessed through a field entrance next to Flint Hall, but a new entry would be created in a mid-way position in Mill Lane for enhance visibility.
Fencing around the site would be 1.5 metres high, using high posts and rail fencing with wire stock. A new hedge would be planted at the top of the site, the plans reveal.
In addition, the new vehicle access would allow users to park and move their vehicles safely.
A decision on the application is due by 18 February.
