Pet groomer becomes training provider with iPET Network

Inverclyde pet groomer Christina O’Donnell has become a teacher of qualifications in the industry with iPET Network.

O’Donnell has been a pet groomer for seven years, qualifying with the iPET Network and setting up Pawsitively Purrfect in Newark Street, Port Glasgow.

The groomer left a career as a senior business planner and trainer to pursue the canine profession, and now is looking to put her teaching skills back into use, by becoming a training provider.

She said: “I qualified with iPET Network, and I love the qualifications they offer because they are all based on ability, there are no final exams. There is also more theory work too which is a good thing.

“I am already a qualified canine and feline first aid trainer, and am looking forward to welcoming our first students to learn grooming and other skills in 2023.”
