North Ayrshire dog walker get go-ahead for daycare plans

Dog walker Stuart Raybould has been given permission to create a play area for dogs at a farm in Kilbirnie, North Ayrshire.

Earlier this week, the businessman was advised by the council that the proposal would constitute ‘permitted development’, with no conditions, which means work can now start on the required interior alterations to the barn.

Once open, it is planned that the business will operate from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
