Jollyes invests £1m to expand services
Pet retailer Jollyes is to invest £1m over the next 18 months to increase the provision of grooming salons, vet clinics, and other services in its UK stores.
The retailer has revealed that it will double the number of grooming facilities it has in 2023, rebrand them to Jolly Groomers, and has committed to “simple straightforward pricing”. Jollyes says customers will be able to “choose precisely what grooming service they need, so they don’t pay for ones they don’t”. At the first two Jolly Groomer locations, in Scunthorpe and Edinburgh Hermiston Gate, prices for a bath and brush will start at £15.00.
The retailer’s Scunthorpe site will also be the home of one of its first ‘Wash & Go’ dogwash booths, which cost £5.00 to use.
