Isle of Wight dog walking field opens

A new secure dog walking field has opened in Newchurch, on the Isle of Wight.

Maddie’s Meadow, off Bathingbourne Lane, offers 50-minute slots at a cost of £12. A maximum of six dogs are allowed in the field at any one time and a car park is also on site, with space for three cars.

The new facility is open 7am to 8pm, seven days a week.

The business, which is operated by Jenny Ware, secured planning permission from Isle of Wight Council in January.
