Indoor dog play and agility centre opens in St Helens

A new indoor dog agility and play centre has opened in St Helens, Merseyside.

A Dog’s Life, on Sherdley Business Estate, was opened just a few weeks ago by husband-and-wife team John and Vicki Massam.

The facility features agility training, a ball pit, sand pit, a sensory room, and more.

John told the St Helens Star: “It’s been something that we’ve wanted to do for a while as we wanted to offer somewhere for people to go with their dogs.”

He added: “We had an opportunity to do it and just went with it and the reaction so far has been great, I think it will really come into its own in wetter weather and winter too but its open regularly with myself or Vicki running it.”

In addition, the couple is hiring the facility out as a venue for events, birthday parties, and for puppy training.
