Hornchurch grooming business seeks approval for new salon

Family-run dog grooming business Fluff and Scruff in Hornchurch, East London, is seeking planning permission to turn a former hairdressers into a salon. 

Sevak Khudaverdyan, who represents Fluff and Scruff Studio, is seeking to change the use of Bliss Beauty Salon in Hillview Avenue, Hornchurch. 

The business has leased the property at 138 Hillview Avenue, which operated as a hairdresser for 15 years, and it has already been refurbished to be used as a dog grooming salon. 

A decision on the plans is due by 18 March.
