Cornwall dog boarding business plans to expand

The owners of Sea View Farm in Redruth, Cornwall, are seeking planning permission for a new boarding kennel to increase the capacity of their existing business. 

Applicants Mr and Mrs Roth have applied to demolish an agricultural building and replace it with a dog boarding kennel.

Their plans include a number of individual kennels, together with a staff room and reception area, and on-site parking for up to six cars. 

The applicants already run a successful dog boarding, walking and exercising business, which was started five years ago and employs three people.
