Aberdeenshire dog park plan unveiled
Let em aff Dog Fields has submitted a planning application to turn agricultural land in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, into a new dog park.
The secure dog park, which will be set up on a field near the Meiklemill Industrial Estate on the Esslemont Estate, would including field boundary fences, solar-powered flood lighting, parking, and mobile buildings and structures. Plans also include areas devoted to one-to-one training.
A maximum limit of 8 dogs per field per booking would be in place, with up to 20 dogs in a field at any one time during events such as monthly breed meets.
The opening hours of the facility is expected to be open seven days a week from 7am until 9pm.
