Hampshire dog care business secures council grant
Lucy Maryon, the owner of Harley’s Hounds, has been awarded a Business Incentive Grant from Test Valley Borough Council to support her business.
Harley’s Hounds offers a range of services including drop-in house visits, dog walks, and overnight boarding.
Maryon said: “Starting my own dog care business has been a lifelong dream and passion for me. With this support, I can provide the best care for the dogs by upgrading the equipment and storage for the van crates.”
Councillor Zilliah Brooks added: “I am absolutely delighted to support Lucy in her new venture and wish her every success. Our business grants provide a fantastic opportunity to give new businesses the boost they need.”
Business Incentive Grants are paid to businesses once they have been up and running for a minimum of six months.
