West Yorkshire dog groomer plans third salon

The Hound Ville, which runs grooming spa salons in East Bierley and Brighouse, in West Yorkshire, plans to open a third location at an unconfirmed site later this year.

The company, which has a bakery and stores offering a selection of dog products, is currently renovating its Brighouse shop. The company also runs dog walking services around Birkenshaw, Cleckheaton, Brighouse, Birstall, and surrounding areas.

Chief Executive, Hannah Butcher, told The Telegraph And Argus: “We do a lot of quirky things like report cards for dogs that come to the salon. We give them puppy certificates too. We get notified when it’s our client’s dog’s birthday and we send them a cupcake.

“I want to potentially franchise it in the future,” she added.
