TV stars visit Cheshire grooming salon

The Dog Retreat Spa in Northwich, Cheshire, has featured in TV show The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Show stars Lystra Adams, Ellie Egar and Ampika Pickston popped into the salon, off Venables Road, with pets Louis, a Bichon Frise, and Billy the French Bulldog.

Salon owner, Kimberley Massey, told the Northwich & Winsford Guardian: “We got a phone call out of the blue from the Real Housewives team asking about our doggy spa treatments, they were really impressed with the range of dog treatments we offer so wanted to book a couple of their dogs in.

“We were super excited to be chosen, and it was definitely not another ordinary day at the salon. We were super nervous, we didn’t know what it would look like. It’s so embarrassing seeing yourself on TV, but it was a good experience.”
