VetPartners has responded to the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA’s) concerns about its acquisition of Goddard Veterinary Group.

VetPartners’ completed purchase of Goddard could be referred for an in-depth investigation after the Competition and Markets Authority found that the deal raises competition concerns.
