Woman attacked in attempted dog theft in Derbyshire
A woman has been injured during an attempted dog theft in Glossop, Tintwistle. The woman had been walking her dog in the Tintwistle area during the evening of Saturday 8 January, between 7.40pm and 7.50pm, Derbyshire Police said. According to the report, the woman was approached by a man who demanded she gave him her dog. It is believed the man has then tried to take the lead of the dog, and during the process the woman suffered a cut to her hand and hip.
