Ministers set for talks over increase in fatal dog attacks
Ministers at the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs are calling for talks to discuss potential changes to the Dangerous Dogs Act, reports suggest.

Trainer Martin Winfield, who owns and runs Rockwood Dog Training Centre in Caerphilly, says in the past 12-18 months the number of people arriving at the centre with concerns over the danger their dog is posing has reached 200 dogs a week.
