Colchester kennels and groomers fundraising for animal rescue

Staff at Animal Magic kennels and dog grooming in Colchester, Essex, slept in a kennel to raise cash for an animal rescue charity.

Dog groomer and kennel worker Arlo-Leo Smith and manager Kaeli Brown have so far raised more than £300 for GKK Animal Rescue, which specialises in bully breeds.

In order to try and generate the funding, Arlo and Kaeli recently spent the night in a kennel, helping so far raise more than £300.

Smith told the Daily Gazette: “I thought this experience was amazing and I would 100% do this again.

“We wanted to do our part to support this charity so they can continue to do the vital work that they do every day.”
