Rhu doggy daycare set to open

A new doggy daycare is set to open in Rhu, in Argyll and Bute.

Torr Farm Dog Day Care is a family-run business, set on a farm.

The facility operated as Torr Farm Kennels and Cattery, which served the area for more than 30 years, and has now been transformed into a modern doggy daycare.

Owner Anne Ferguson told Helensburgh Advertiser: “I wanted to create the kind of place I’d love to send my own dog. A homely, welcoming space with cosy bespoke dog sofas, a wood-burning stove, dedicated nap-time rooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor play areas.

“We’ve even added a dog wash station – being on a farm, I know how important it is that your dog doesn’t come home muddy.”
