Plans submitted for Swanton Morley dog walking field

Plans have been submitted to develop a new dog walking field in Swanton Morley, Norfolk. 

Under the plans, the Elsing Road field would be enclosed on all sides by 1.8m Tornado dog fencing, access to the road would be enhanced and widened, and a car park with space for four vehicles and turning area at the front of the site would be installed. 

In addition, there would also be a sheltered seating area and solar downlighters. 

Breckland Council is expected to make decision by 15 April.
