A dog grooming salon is set to launch in Sauchie, Clackmannanshire. Applicant Karen Laing, of Gorgeous Grooms, applied for permission to install a garden pod at a property in Ten Acres and change its use for dog grooming. The pod is a single story, compact insulated structure designed to contain sound, and blend into the garden setting. A planning statement says the business will work on an appointment only basis, and a maximum of 4-5 dogs groomed a day. The planning application was approved by Clackmannanshire Council.
