Plans for Norwich grooming salon get green light

A new dog grooming salon is to open the Golden Triangle in Norwich, Norfolk.

Norwich City Council planners approved the plans to convert 168 Unthank Road from a Class E site to Sui Generis to make way for the new venture, which is to be called The Groom Room.

The salon, located at the corner of Unthank Road and Bury Street, includes an open-plan sales area, rear store, and toilet.

The first floor, formerly a two-bedroom flat, is now used for storage and accessed via an external staircase at the rear.
