Plans for new dog park near Wisbech unveiled

Plans for a new secure dog park in near Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, have been unveiled.

Applicant Tracey Turnbull is seeking permission to create a secure dog walking park on land off Bar Drove at Friday Bridge.

A planning statement says: “The applicant has chosen the site due to its proximity to safe access and egress and its position adjacent to the urban area of Wisbech which will allow people to enjoy a safe dog walking park due to the lack of similar facilities this side Wisbech.”

The facility, which would be secured with a 1.8m fence, would be used during daylight hours all year round.
