Plans for dog grooming salon in Chesterfield unveiled

Plans for a new dog grooming salon in a former beauty training facility Chesterfield, Derbyshire, have been revealed.

Applicant Samantha Bennett, of Wardgate Way in Holme Hall, is seeking permission to repurpose Cavendish House, 590A Chatsworth Road, which is currently vacant.

Her application to Chesterfield Borough Council proposes a one-to-one dog grooming service offering four grooms a day.

In addition, the plans state that there would be no cages or holding crates as dogs would never be left alone.

No internal or external changes would be made to the property.
