Pet safety brand Halo launches virtual ‘dog park’

Pet safety and training technology company Halo has announced the launch of a virtual, interactive platform called Halo Dog Park, offering training support, events, and live access through Zoom.

The innovation promises to provide ‘cutting edge’ resources for users wishing to interact with a live Halo Support staff member on technical support, expert training support, member events, and more.

“In the new virtual dog park, Halo is bringing the ultimate customer experience to Halo Pack members,” said Ken Ehrman, Halo co-founder. “Our breakthrough customer support and membership capabilities further our mission of serving our Halo Pack members and millions of dogs in a safe life off leash.”

Halo, the company behind the Halo collar that allows users to create virtual fences alerting owners when dogs go astray, will create ‘Unique Rooms’ – or individual virtual meeting spaces – to best serve the needs of each customer.

These include training support, where members can access resources for both Halo and dog behaviour training; member events, where members can interact with other members in moderated rooms and meet Halo co-founders during special networking and community events; the Halo store; and technical support for Halo products.
