Pembrokeshire doggy daycare holds Easter Bonnet contest

Cotton’s Creche in Bethesda, Pembrokeshire, held an Easter Bonnet contest over the weekend.

More than 20 pets took part in the competition, with owners voting over the weekend on Facebook for their favourites.

The winner will be presented with a hamper of Easter treats suitable for both dogs and owners.

Owner Annie Thomas told the Western Telegraph: “We’ve had some marvellous bonnets, and even an Easter-themed harness made out of artificial grass for one dog who refuses to wear anything on his head. Fair play to our paw-rents, they never disappoint.”

Cotton’s Creche loves celebrating the seasons, holding a Nativity at Christmas, and is planning a Love Island-themed canine couples contest in the summer.

The Canine Times has 20 ALPHA whistles to give away, to be in with a chance of winning, email editorial@thecaninetimes.co.uk by the end of 16 April.
