Ikea teams up with Woodgreen charity to unveil pet range
Ikea has partnered with Woodgreen Pets Charity to create the home furnishing giant’s first pet range.
Comprising 29 items, the new line includes products used for the four most common activities dogs engage in at home, such as eating, sleeping, playing, and hiding.
The UTSÅDD range consists of rattan beds, dog bowls and blankets, soft toys and cushions, among others.
Along with a monetary donation to Woodgreen, Ikea has also donated all the furniture featured in the new range to the rehoming centre.
The range is showcased in a new catalogue that also highlights all of the dogs still awaiting rehoming at the charity.
Ikea UK and Ireland Country Commercial Manager, Michaela Quinlan, said: “At Ikea, we believe that pets are family. Our goal was to develop a collection of products that our cats and dogs love and that their human parents can feel good about and truly enjoy having as part of their home.
“We hope this partnership not only raises awareness of adoptions but also provides solutions and inspiration of how to create a comfortable living space for furry companions.”
