Flintshire set to welcome new groomer

Flintshire Council has received a planning application for a new dog grooming business in Connah’s Quay, North Wales.

The planning application seeks the change of use at a residential property in St Marks Mews.

Applicant Megan Goodall, applying under the company name Puddle and Paw Dog Grooming, said: “A maximum of four dogs will be groomed a day, but more than likely be three. I am a one-to-one groomer so the customer will drop the dog off, I will groom, and the customer will collect.”

She added: “I will not be hiring any staff and I plan to operate a one dog at a time policy.”
