Dunbar groomer seeks retrospective planning permission

A groomer based in Dunbar, East Lothian, is seeking retrospective planning permission to allow the change of use of a summer house into a salon.

Applicant Roman Pigalov’s proposals are for a house on Dunbar’s Cospatrick Gardens.

In the application, Pigalov said: “The house was to be used as a garden room, but it was decided to run a small business from that building.”

East Lothian Council is considering the proposals.
