Dog pool opens in Essex

A new swimming pool for dogs has opened in Great Dunmow, Essex.

Splash Dog’s facilities include a 32ft x 16ft x 52″ above-ground pool, dog life jackets, floating leashes and toys, an entrance and exit ramp for dogs, and the option for private memberships.

Owner Brian Reece told EssexLive: “The big difference apart from being inside and all year round is we have a heated pool which will benefit so many dogs. There is not a facility like this anywhere for miles.

“We’re committed to helping people’s dogs look and feel their absolute best. Splash Dog was created to help owners give their dogs the best exercise a dog can get -swimming.”
